Description du cours 
Sélection de projet, conception d'une démarche, appels d'offres. Rôles et habiletés du directeur de projet. Reconnaître, formuler les structures du projet, établir le réseau, outils et techniques d'analyse, (CPM, PERT, GANTT) incluant accélération, contraintes des ressources, suivis, analyse du progrès et simulation. Utilisation d'un logiciel.

Course Description
Welcome! The content deals with planning, scheduling, organizing, and controlling projects--for example, product development, construction, information systems, new businesses, and special events. Primary class emphasis is on the project management process and tools.  Project management is becoming increasingly more important in today’s world.  Mastery of key tools and concepts could give you a significant competitive advantage in the marketplace
